I have been involved in ministry for over 37 years. I have been blessed to minister to the needy in remote corners of the globe in over 50 countries since 1982. I am a business owner serving the local community and have been Director of VIM since 1999. My strength is building relationships with missionaries on the ground in 3rd world countries and delivering much needed support in the form of mission teams, clothing, financial support and ministry training.
"My heart is going where no one else goes and bringing the love of Jesus to those in need".
The joy on people's faces when we come to their village is a priceless experience and one that challenges putting it into words. Many of the villages we visit are not visited by other mission teams due to the remoteness and very simple conditions under which we live while serving them.
I have been involved with VIM since 1999 and enjoy my role in chairing the annual Golf Tournament. I enjoy sharing the love of Jesus through local and international opportunities that VIM provides.
I enjoy golf, lot of time with family and spending time with my husband, Charlie and our two dogs.

I have been alongside my husband, Ken, since the beginning. It is magical to see all that God does in supporting the work of VIM under Ken's leadership. VIM teams travel where others usually do not want to go. The teams live with the people they are serving and have life-changing experiences.
It is a blessing to see the Lord's work done through Ken and the teams that travel around the world.

Since 2014, I have been honored to serve as Medical Director of VIM. My involvement in mission work began giving medical aid to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Since then I’ve been called to serve in Ghana, Rwanda, Haiti & Honduras. The hands-on mission work and travel have enriched my life, exposed me to other cultures, and taught me the value of service in the community of Christ.
Outside of medicine, music is a big part of who I am. I have enjoyed serving on the worship team at Manchester Christian Church as lead guitarist for many years. I enjoy hiking with my wife, Jenna, and our three standard poodles. We are blessed with three beautiful children who are growing into incredible young adults.

I engaged with VIM in 2009 by going on my first mission trip at the age of 50! The experience awakened a new resolve to serve and I soon joined a committee and took on the role of Fundraising Director. I was asked to join the Board in 2013 and am now Board Secretary.
My mission trips have been to Guatemala (2) and Haiti (7). Each trip is unique in the make-up of the participants and what God puts in your path.
I enjoy gardening, golf and baseball watching with my husband Ted.

My purpose in life is to lead people outside their comfort zone to discover truth. On the mission field, I fulfill this life purpose by encouraging fellow believers to stretch their faith through service and sharing the truth of eternal and abundant life through Jesus.
As a lawyer, I greet my life's purpose daily in client relationships. Also, I joined the VIM Board in 2020 as General Counsel and am the Missions Deacon at my church.
VIM's management team are volunteers who take time from their professional and personal lives and dedicate their efforts to improving the lives of others. There are currently no paid employees.
The Board is supported by multiple volunteers who give their time as mission team leaders, fundraising volunteers, website editors and the like.
We are grateful to all those who participate in doing all this work in the name of Jesus Christ. As an interdenominational organization, we welcome all those who wish to serve regardless their skills, background, etc. There is always work to be done and we are glad to have extra hands to get it accomplished.
