Poland/Ukraine Mission Trip

This is a humantarian trip to provide support and supplies to the Ukrainian people.  The team will be based in Poland near the Ukraine border and will travel on day/short overnight trips into the Ukraine to deliver supplies.  The team will work with various warehouse grass roots organizations to coordinate supplies and donations into deliverable boxes, prepack boxes of mixed food and staples and then deliver them.  There are various factors that will dictate when and where we will be able to go so there is a great need on this trip for flexibility and adaptability.

The crisis in Ukraine has already depleted the stores and usual sources of obtaining daily staples (flour, sugar, salt, butter), non-perishable foods like canned vegetables, fruit and meat and personal hygiene items.  We will be purchasing much of this upon arrival in Poland and then transporting it into the Ukraine.  We welcome donations towards these purchases.  You may do so by donating through this website.  Know that 100% of your donation will go directly to the work to be done in Poland/Ukraine.  All the team members are paying their own way and doing their own fundraising (as is typical of a VIM mission team member).

You may also choose to donate the following items which we will bring with us:  travel size personal hygiene/care products such as shampoo, conditioner, shave cream, razors, deodorant, tylenol, bar soap, antifungal powder or cream.  We are also collecting baby diapers, sanitary napkins and baby/hygiene wipes (in soft containers, not tubs please).
