BOARD OF DIRECTORS

VIM's management team are volunteers who take time from their professional and personal lives and dedicate their efforts to improving the lives of others.  There are currently no paid employees.

The Board is supported by multiple volunteers who give their time as mission team leaders, fundraising volunteers, website editors and the like.

We are grateful to all those who participate in doing all this work in the name of Jesus Christ.  As an interdenominational organization, we welcome all those who wish to serve regardless their skills, background, etc.  There is always work to be done and we are glad to have extra hands to get it accomplished.

Since 2014 I have been honored to serve as Medical Director of VIM.  My involvement in mission work began giving medical aid to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.  Since then I’ve been called to serve in Rwanda, Haiti & Honduras. The hands-on mission work and travel have enriched my life, exposed me to other cultures, and taught me the value of service in the community of Christ.

I have been a member of the Manchester, NH medical community since 1994, working as a partner in Amoskeag Anesthesia, PLLC, where I practice interventional pain management and surgical anesthesia. My undergraduate education began at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. From there I studied medicine at University of Colorado and anesthesiology at University of Michigan.

Outside of medicine, music is a big part of who I am. I have enjoyed serving on the worship team at Manchester Christian Church as lead guitarist for many years. I enjoy hiking with my wife, Jenna, and our three standard poodles. We are blessed with three beautiful children who are growing into incredible young adults.
